The Can Doblas Artisan Workshop was founded in 1983 by Joan Doblas, inspired by his grandfather Antonio Camps’ shoemaking tradition, which dates back to 1940. With a passion for design and comfort, Joan created his own collection of sandals, giving rise to the iconic "Avarques Doblas," known for their lightness, durability, and timeless style.

Over the years, the workshop has evolved, expanding its catalog with new limited-edition sandal models, each with a unique character. In our store-workshop in Ferreries, Menorca, you’ll find everything from fantasy and hand-painted avarcas to designs in leather, nubuck, or suede, with eco-friendly soles and recycled tire rubber.
